Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you can request a return or exchange.
- • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 2-3 days of delivery.
- • Return Shipping: Free return shipping. Courier charges will be refunded upon providing the courier receipt.
- • How to Initiate: Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to raise a request. Sharing product images or an unboxing video helps us verify quickly.
- • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).
- • Refunds: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- • Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged free of charge.
- For grocery/food items, please share images within 8 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
- An unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel is recommended to avoid disputes.
Warehouse Pickup
Orders that are picked up directly from our warehouse are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers who choose warehouse pickup are requested to inspect and verify the product at the time of collection. Since the item is checked and accepted during pickup, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be applicable after leaving the warehouse. If you notice any issue during pickup, please inform our warehouse team immediately so it can be resolved on the spot.
Cancellation Policy
- ✅ Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
- • Within 1 Hour: Full refund, no charges.
- • 1–3 Hours After Order: Refund processed with a 10% cancellation fee (covers payment gateway and admin costs).
- • After Dispatch: Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead request a return under our Return Policy.
- • Delayed Orders: If products are not shipped within 7 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- • Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days.
